I must say that I am saddened today. I had an incident with my store on the 2nd where my store accidentally marked everything down $35 instead of 35% for my Birthday Sale. Two wonderful ladies notified me and I fixed the problem, but not before over $300 worth of products were downloaded. I cannot believe how dishonest people can be. I know some of the people who ordered as customers and I am shocked. I would never have taken advantage of someone's hard work. I have spent hours working hard on each and every one of my designs and I treasure them. It's a sad day for me. ~Missy

  1. OH, I am so sorry to hear this! WOW, I can't believe that neither. Come on customers you know who you are, and should pay it up! I would have contacted you right away if I had ordered during the sale. That is a real shame, well ya know what goes around comes around. You will heal from this and just hang your head HIGH. You are above that. Thanks for all the goodies and all the hard work!

  2. So sorry to hear this. Maybe they misunderstood and didn't mean to treat you badly while you are being so generous...I hope you won't judge us all by the few.

  4. I hope this was just a misunderstanding and that the customers will read your post and then contact you. I know if I would be in that position, the guilt from it alone would get the best of me in about one second! I'm hopeful that you will hear from those customers and they will make this right. :)

  6. Hopefully they will realize "a mistake was made" and reimburse you. I like to think that it was a genuine error - however there are always those who do take advantage of such mistakes. I have been a recepient of your generosity and wish you nothing but good fortunate and hope nothing but good comes out of this!!!! Thanks for the beautiful work you do.

  12. I'm sorry. The last time I saw something like that I reported it and I was the only one who did. People are crazy greedy.

  13. Seriously? YOU are responsible for checking your sales. How in the world are the customers supposed to know what the sale is supposed to be.

    1. I think I found one of the dishonest people right here. No one would intentional put their store at $.00. Please refrain from leaving negative comments on this blog, they won't be tolerated.

  14. I'm sorry to hear that people took advantage of what was clearly a mistake. Take heart that most people would not do the wrong thing. You have a lot of supporters who appreciate and value your work.
