It's already August and summer is rapidly coming to an end. I'm sure you have taken a ton of pictures and you are ready to scrap. With school starting right around the corner there is still time to get in plenty of scrap time here on Stuff to Scrap so let's check out what's happening.

Yea for new challenges! Head over to the Current Challenges section to see what the new August challenges are all about & get the August Speed Scraps on your calendar. They are a great way to get all those summertime pictures scrapped fast. If you missed the This Scrapper's Got Talent Contest? There were some wonderful layouts submitted! Take a peek over in the CT & Designer Darling Calls section of the forum to see the current calls we have going on, more will pop up over the summer as everyone gears up for fall! And what you have been reading for: The August Mega Designer Collaboration, The Great Outdoors. Camping is always a challenge to get going, an awesome adventure while you're there and a great appreciation of the small things when you return home. Best time to relive those special moments is while you scrap the beautiful pages. With the mention of summer coming to an end there is also change in the air. Seasons of change is our theme for the August Build A Kits! This marks the second month we've changed up how our sale will work, now all the BAKs will be on sale for $1.00 each until August 7th, after that they will go back to regular prices. Happy Birthday Stuff to Scrap!

There is so much going on this weekend that it took some time to compile all the information but now is the time to sit back, relax & see what's going on over at Stuff to Scrap!

It's Stuff to Scrap's 4th birthday & the celebration has started already over in the forum. You'll find lots of fun challenges, special events & a ton of freebies; click here or on the flyer to head to the birthday section for all the fun.

Scrapping fun can be found with some special challenges over in the Birthday Celebration section of the forum!

Start your scrapping with the 2013 Birthday Celebration Progressive Scrap hosted by Stephanie of DoubleTrouble Scraps. Starting Saturday, May 4th, one step will be posted in the thread each day; everyone who finishes & uploads their layout to the thread by Saturday, May 11th at 11:59 PM CST will get a prize.

Next, Shel of Shel Belle Scraps is hosting a 2013 Birthday Template Challenge, everyone who posts a layout in the thread by Saturday, May 11th at 11:59 PM CST will be entered into a drawing to win a gift certificate to Shel's store.

Our last challenge is a Birthday Song Lyric Challenge hosted by Tracy of Growing Pains Scrapped; all you need to do is use part (or all!) of the song Birthday by The Beatles somewhere on your layout. Everyone who participates will get a free mini birthday kit from me & one lucky scrapper will win a $10 coupon to Tracy's store.

In addition to our regularly scheduled speed scraps, there will be a Birthday Speed Scrap hosted by Natasha of Ponytails Designs on Thursday, May 9th at 6 PM PT, 7 PM MT, 8 PM CT, 9 PM ET over in the Birthday Celebration section of the forum & chat room. Natasha's speed scraps are always so much fun, you don't want to miss out on this.

On Friday, May 10th at 6pm PT, 7pm MT, 8pm CT, 9pm ET join us in the chat room for a Scrap 'n Chat hosted by Christie of Scrappin' Serenity. This is a great way to chat with your fellow forum members & do a little scrapping together over the miles!
